Support Request: “HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT” Fundraiser for Dean Anderson
We are reaching out to you with a heartfelt opportunity for to be an integral part of a cause that holds deep significance for our community.
You may be familiar with the esteemed Dean “Schmeano” Anderson, a lifelong resident of Oakbank and a cherished member of our community. Unfortunately, Dean has been facing a challenging battle with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer for the past two years. Despite his resilience, the progress has been limited.
In response to this, we are organizing a fundraiser event named “HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT,” scheduled for November 18th at the Cooks Creek Community Centre. The objective is to raise funds for Dean’s urgent medical needs, specifically six Theranostic Injections crucial for his treatment.
We are approaching community partners like you to join us in supporting this vital cause. Your sponsorship, whether financial or in-kind, will not only contribute to Dean’s well-being but will also leave a lasting impact on our community.
As we have already secured social table prizes and nearly filled our tables, what we currently need are partners to assist in covering the costs associated with running this event.
